Our story
Built from a planning spreadsheet that broke.
Ivory Lane started where most wedding planning starts: in a Google Sheet that grew too tabs, four browser windows that stopped talking to each other, and a US-built app that kept asking for ZIP codes.
The tools available were either too American (no NOIM, no AUD, no Coombe Yarra Valley in the dropdown), too expensive (per-guest pricing for a once-in-a-lifetime thing), or too basic (a budget tracker that didn’t know what corkage fees were).
So we made the planner we’d actually use. Built local from day one for Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the US and Canada — local currency, local legal steps, local vendor categories, local benchmarks. Designed to feel like the day itself: calm, warm, and a little bit fun.
Today, Ivory Lane plans weddings end-to-end: budget, guest list, vendor pipeline, vision board, day-of run-sheet, save-the-dates, digital invitations, live RSVPs and a wedding website. Everything connected, nothing fighting for your attention.

I built Ivory Lane because the planner I wanted didn’t exist. Local currency, no per-guest pricing, every tool talking to every other tool, no ads, no upsells. If it makes planning feel less like admin and more like the engagement you signed up for, it ships. Otherwise, it doesn’t.
Ivory Lane is independent and solo-built. We answer to couples, not investors. Every cent comes from a single one-off purchase — never from selling your data, your guest list, or your attention.

Launched ivorylane.co with a free planner template. Hundreds of couples signed up the first month — turns out we weren't the only ones drowning.
